OUR STORY

Our thanks to Adivasi Guruji Lingu for sharing his knowledge about Adivasi products that come from Adivasi heritage. We were in the court of King Maharana Pratap 500/600 years ago.We were experts in hunting and Ayurvedic knowledge in the court of the king. After the kings lost the war, atrocities began against us, so we migrated through the forest. As we were migrating through the forest, Maharaja Wodeyar, the Maharaja of Mysore at that time, found us and gave us a place to stay in the area where the Maharaja used to hunt tigers, and he named that place Tiger Block. We are a Adivasi people, and there were two groups in it. One of those groups hunted animals and birds. The kings called them HAKKI PIKKI (Bird Hunters). Another group of people were experts in Ayurveda, so the kings called them VEDVASI. Since we are experts in Ayurveda, we have been selling under the name Adivasi Ayurveda for many years. After a few years, we brought Adivasi products to the top online. In 2023-24, a fake product started in the online market under the name Adivasi. We tried many times to register the name Adivasi but could not do it. That is why we named it Vedvasi, which was given to us by Maharaja Wodeyar. We have also obtained all kinds of certificates from the government in the name of Vedvasi.
